Are there any health rules for solar terms in beginning of autumn?
After beginning of autumn, the early morning and the autumn wind all night make people relax. Traditional medicine believes that dryness dominates autumn, and dryness is easy to hurt the lungs. So when autumn comes, we must raise our lungs so that we can get sick less and not get sick in winter.

Smile-Xuanfei

There is a saying in Chinese medicine called "Laugh often and open your lungs". For the respiratory system, laughter can dilate the lungs, and people will take a deep breath unconsciously, clean the respiratory tract and make breathing smooth. When people laugh, they can absorb more oxygen into the body. With the blood flowing smoothly all over the body, every cell in the body can get enough oxygen.

Take a deep breath and clean your lungs.

Moderate breathing helps to clear the lungs. Here are two relatively simple and effective breathing methods, so try them:

Abdominal breathing Stretch your arms, enlarge your chest as much as possible, and then breathe through your abdomen. The purpose of this breathing method is to increase vital capacity.

Quickly contract your lips and breathe, take a breath and exhale slowly like whistling. The purpose is to make the air stay in the lungs for a longer time and make the gas exchange in the lungs more adequate, which can be done frequently by patients with bronchitis.

It is best to practice the above breathing methods in one group every morning and evening, and the number of times in each group can be measured.

Massage exercise-protect the lungs

Pressing Xiang Ying Point: Rub the outer thumbs of both hands together, and then massage up and down along the sides of the bridge of the nose and the alar for about 60 times. Then, massage Xiang Ying points on both sides of the alar (located at the junction of nasolabial groove and alar) for 20 times, and do one or two groups in the morning and evening.

Knocking on Shu Fei Point: Sit in the front chair every night before going to bed, with your knees naturally separated, your hands on your thighs, your head closed, your whole body relaxed, and you will stay in your abdomen. Inhale in the chest, make fists with both hands, and pat Shu Fei point on the back (located under the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra on the back, with two fingers on the left and right) for dozens of times. At the same time, raise your hand and pat the back from bottom to top for about 10 minute. This method can relax the qi in the chest and has the effect of strengthening and nourishing the lungs.

Cough often-clean the lungs

With the increase of industrial pollution and urban automobile emissions, air pollution is also increasing. After inhaling pollutants in the air, human body can cause inflammation of bronchi and alveoli, and in severe cases, it can cause poisoning and even cancer. Therefore, in autumn, we should pay attention to open the window frequently for ventilation, cough actively in fresh air every morning and evening, remove pollutants from respiratory tract and lungs, and reduce lung damage.

Go mountain climbing-healthy lungs

After beginning of autumn, mountain climbing is a good choice for outdoor sports. Mountaineering can enhance people's respiratory and blood circulation functions, increase people's vital capacity and myocardial contractility. In addition, hiking in beginning of autumn can make people absorb more negative oxygen ions in the air, which has a good nutritional and regulatory effect on people's nervous system. Osteoarthritis patients are not suitable for this sport.

Drink more water-it's good for your lungs.

The dry climate in autumn makes people lose a lot of water. To make up for these losses in time, drink at least 500 ml more water every day than in other seasons to maintain the normal humidity of the lungs and respiratory tract. You can also pour hot water into the cup, inhale it through your nose at the mouth of the cup, and directly "shoot" the water into the respiratory tract, every time 10 minute, 2 ~ 3 times a day.

Dieting again-moistening the lungs

Lotus seed, Gordon Euryale seed, swim bladder and honey have the effects of nourishing yin and moistening lung, while rock sugar tremella soup, Huangjingqiuli soup, Sydney cream, lily lotus seed soup, yam lotus seed soup and Gordon Euryale yam soup also have the effects of nourishing yin and moistening lung, so you may wish to eat them often.
