As far as I am concerned, I turned my grief into strength by studying hard during my lovelorn period.

During the period of lovelorn, I feel that I have become very bad. Every day, I am at a loss. I feel lonely and confused, and my life has no direction. In sunny weather, I may feel cold, and in bright sky, I may feel dim. At that time, when I finally decided to get out of the shadow of lovelorn, I calmed down and thought carefully, and my life should not be spent like this. This love is just an episode in my life. We must make ourselves better and stronger in order to save our love! Therefore, I take my textbooks to the library for self-study every day. I think only when I am strong can I become confident in love, and only when I am good enough can I give my other half what I want. When I made my life goals clear, I became confident and people found the direction of struggle.

In the morning, I will get up early and go running or playing basketball to make my body strong. After taking a shower and changing clothes, I stepped into the library and began to study by myself. At noon, I will invite my friends to have dinner and chat. When I am with my friends, I always say everything and my mood will become very happy. The time after dinner is always the warmest. Sometimes I take a nap, or bask in the sun, put on headphones and listen to my favorite songs to ease my mood. At about two or three o'clock, I will continue to study by myself. Of course, on weekends, I will go out to play with my friends. Night is always the most relaxing. Going out for a walk at this time will undoubtedly make my mood very peaceful and soothing.

In my opinion, lovelorn is not terrible. The terrible thing is that you lose yourself, don't know what you should do, and the whole person becomes confused in life. So, please calm down and think hard, be clear about your direction and know what you want, so as to turn grief into strength.
