Spreading rumors violates reflectivity laws as the case may be:

1. According to the different types of rumors, it can constitute the crime of libel, false accusation and frame-up, stirring up trouble, damaging business reputation, commodity reputation, fabricating and spreading false information about securities and futures trading, and fabricating and spreading false terrorist information;

3. Whoever spreads rumors, falsely reports dangerous situations, epidemic situations, police situations or intentionally disturbs public order shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and may also be fined not more than 500 yuan;

5.
