Wang Huanhua, 1946, alias Wang Shui, from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a member of the 8th, 9th and 10th Municipal Committee of China Agriculture and Workers Democratic Party.

1970 after graduating from Nanjing college of traditional Chinese medicine, he devoted himself to studying in Xinglin, engaged in diagnosis, treatment and research of Chinese and western medicine for more than 30 years. After work, I never stop writing and work hard.
