Suqian Huaihai Technician College is a technical secondary school. Huaihai Technician College is a national high-skilled personnel training base and a national model school for the reform and development of secondary vocational education. College was founded in 1985, and 1995 was identified as a provincial key technical school. Since 2008, with the care and support of the provincial and municipal governments, it has been rated as a national key technical school and a national senior technical school.
