Bird's nest nourishing blood soup:
Ingredients: white bird's nest 1 or 3-5g, chicken 1 piece, 2 slices of ginger, lotus seed 12g, dipsacus root 18g, arsenic 18g, and donkey-hide gelatin.
Seasoning: salt.
Production: Wash the chicken, boil it in boiling water for 5 minutes, then take it out and put it in a stew for later use. Soak white bird's nest for 8 hours.
2 Put the lotus seeds, dipsacus root and broken rice into a soup bag, put them into a casserole, and add water to boil for 30 minutes.
Add the soup to the saucepan, then add ginger slices and donkey-hide gelatin, cover the pot and stew for two and a half hours, then add white bird's nest for half an hour, season with salt and serve while it is hot.
