This is the ultimate truth of the unity of heaven and man, and Qian Qian's ten thousand buddhas and saints only preach this true Sect. The real Tai Ji Chuan theory must aim at understanding people's real life, follow the principle that small infinity begets small Tai Chi, and follow the law that nature begets Tai Chi. Otherwise, it is a waste of money, and it is not worthy of being called Taiji Chuan. If you don't know yourself, you can't be a real Tai Ji Chuan. You can't be a real gold mine.

If they don't meet the guidance of a wise teacher, they will never wake up in their sleep and never return to their lost path. The desolate and nihilistic way of keeping the spirit advocated by the Yellow Emperor is to point out that after the five qi return to the day after tomorrow, they will return to the infinite natural system of the innate Yuan God, that is, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body will be under the control of the Yuan God, and they will never be centrifugal, so that they will not be confused with the body and mind at will. Let "the true qi move with it" and "the muscles are the same", and naturally you can "lift heaven and earth, grasp yin and yang, and breathe essence".

The sages of the three religions spoke more specifically: the spirit of fire, water, earth and five elements of Tao Bao's golden wood; Confucianism abides by the virtues of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith in the five permanents; Killing prostitutes, releasing the God of Five Commandments in drunkenness, aims at protecting qi, restoring energy and returning to infinity. Keeping benevolence, forbidding killing and protecting liver; Defend righteousness, guard against theft, protect lungs and protect gold; Observe etiquette, abstain from lewdness and keep your heart angry; Keeping wisdom, abstaining from alcohol, protecting kidney and moistening; Keep your word, keep your mouth shut, and keep your spleen rustic. Five Qi Circle and Yuan Harmony, Shen Yuan, Yuan Qi and jing yuan will meet.

Understand the truth, justice and principles of the three sages.
