Its common applications in internal medicine diseases include cold, asthma, cough, malaria, stroke, hypertension, arthralgia syndrome, insomnia, stomachache, vomiting, hiccup, hemoptysis, urinary retention and so on. Today, I will introduce a case of insisting on treating stroke.

Used for treating apoplexy.

Is the stroke caused by sudden fainting, unconsciousness and quarrel? Oblique, foul-mouthed, hemiplegic, or do you just keep your mouth shut? And hemiplegia are the main clinical symptoms. Because of the sudden onset, frequent symptoms and rapid changes in the condition, it is similar to the characteristics of good wind, so it is named stroke and stroke.

The incidence and mortality of this disease are high, and there are often sequelae; In recent years, the incidence rate is on the rise, and the onset age tends to be younger, which is the main disease threatening human life and quality of life. Acute cerebrovascular diseases in western medicine, such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism and subarachnoid hemorrhage, all belong to this category.

This application has a good curative effect on stroke, especially on the rehabilitation of neurological functions such as limb movement, language and swallowing function. The earlier the application, the better the effect, and the functional exercise should be coordinated during the treatment.

According to different symptoms, the application of drugs and acupoints is also different. Coma people mainly use bezoar, borneol, Acorus gramineus and so on. Quarrel? Oblique and hemiplegia, mainly dredging meridians, using Gleditsia sinensis and Siegesbeckiae to dredge collaterals; If the speech is not good, add musk to eliminate phlegm and remove turbidity. In addition, Chinese patent medicines for treating apoplexy can also be used for sticking.

Paste prescription

1. Compound Changbing Powder (family umbilical therapy)

Indications: Stroke.

Prescription: Rhizoma Acori Graminei, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Notopterygii Rhizoma each 50g, Borneolum Syntheticum 5g and Calculus Bovis 3g.

Usage: Press the medicine together with the fine powder, take 5g of powder, apply it to navel with honey cream, and fix it by conventional method. Daily 1 time.

2. Black Soap Lotus Paste ("China navel therapy")

Indications: Stroke.

Prescription: ebony 12g, Gleditsia sinensis, Herba Siegesbeckiae 6g each, and mint 3g.

Usage: mix and grind the above materials into fine powder, add water to make paste, apply it to the inner sleeve of navel, and fix it with gauze and adhesive tape. Change medicine every 3 days 1 time, 5 times 1 course of treatment.

3. Powder Dragon Gypsum ("external treatment")

Indications: sequelae of apoplexy.

Prescription: earthworm 20g, Ligusticum Chuanxiong 12g, Carthamus tinctorius 12g, Acorus gramineus 12g, Notopterygium incisum 12g, mint 8g, peach kernel 3g and borneol 3g.

Usage: grind the medicine into fine powder, mix it with vaseline to make paste, evenly apply it on Yongquan point of nose, foot and heart, cover it with gauze and fix it with adhesive tape for external use. Change the dressing every day 1 time.

4. Zhongfengfen (folk moxibustion)

Indications: Stroke, hemiplegia, silence and unconsciousness.

Prescription: Rhizoma Arisaematis 12g, Realgar 6g, Radix Astragali 12g, and Zanthoxylum bungeanum 3g.

Usage: Grind the above medicines into fine powder, mix with water, and apply to navel.

5. Snakes, chickens, melons and flea powder ("China navel therapy")

Indications: Wind-heat and toxin are abundant.

Prescription: 20 grams of Hedyotis diffusa, 20 grams of Spatholobus suberectus, 30 grams of Luffa, 6 grams of Paris polyphylla, proper amount of white wine and proper amount of aged vinegar.

Usage: The first four herbs in the prescription are ground into fine powder, mixed with white wine and aged vinegar into paste, applied to the navel of the patient, covered with gauze and fixed with adhesive tape. Change the dressing every day 1 time.

6. Peach Blossom Cream (China Moxibustion Collection)

Indications: dyslexia caused by stroke.

Prescription: Take 7 pieces of peach kernel, 7 pieces of gardenia seed and 0.3g of musk, grind them into fine powder and store them in secret.

Usage: When applying, take the powder of this medicine, mix it with proper amount of white wine to make it paste, apply it to male, female and left Laogong points, and fix it with adhesive tape. Change dressing/kloc-0 times a week, take a proper rest during dressing change, reduce conversation, such as local blisters, beware of infection and avoid spicy food.

7. Xinjiang ointment (applied therapy)

Indications: It is used for the symptoms of mouth deviation, hemiplegia, dizziness, spitting, bad skin, strong tongue, white and greasy tongue coating caused by sudden stroke.

Prescription: Rhizoma arisaematis and ginger juice.

Usage: Grind Rhizoma Arisaematis into fine powder, mix it with ginger juice, spread it on paper, and apply it to Hegu, Neiting and Temple respectively. Paralysis of the left side is applied to the right side, and paralysis of the right side is applied to the left side, once a day, 1 month, 1 course of treatment, which usually takes about 3 courses.

8. Acorus calamus mud ("external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine")

Indications: coma due to apoplexy.

Prescription: fresh Rhizoma Acori Graminei (for removing leaves and roots), fresh Folium Artemisiae Argyi, ginger and raw onion each hold 1, and appropriate amount of sesame oil and rice vinegar.

Usage: Mash the first four herbs into mud, then add sesame oil and rice vinegar, stir-fry them in a pot and wrap them in cloth. Apply it to the patient's head, chest and back, and iron it several times to wake up.

Modern medical records

Fu Shi and others observed the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking film on stroke hemiplegia.

Methods: 96 patients with stroke and hemiplegia were randomly divided into three groups, acupuncture group (28 cases) and acupoint sticking film group (Shuyukang sticking film was selected and acupuncture point was selected as acupuncture group). Take the healthy side, remove the protective paper of sticking film, and apply normal saline on the medicine film with a cotton swab to moisten the medicine. Stick the patch on the healthy limb, supplemented by appropriate functional activities, and change the patch 1 time and1time every two days respectively.
