I have some habits, some are good, but some are bad.
I like reading very much. I gained a lot of knowledge from reading science books. When reading a novel, I got lost in the story. I also like doing sports. It helps me stay healthy. I never put off today's work until tomorrow. They are all my good habits. They have given me a lot of help in my daily life.
However, I also have some bad habits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly and stay up late. When eating, I prefer meat to vegetables. Sometimes I play computer games for so long that I have no time to rest. They are all harmful to my health.
From now on, I will try to keep my good habits and give up my bad habits. Then I will live better.
