The significance is to further strengthen the atmosphere of Chinese medicine in the hospital through the form of hospital-led, extensive participation and mutual teaching and learning, to unite the strong joint efforts of clinicians in the hospital to "believe in Chinese medicine, love Chinese medicine, learn Chinese medicine and use Chinese medicine", to fully cooperate with the performance appraisal work of the third-level public Chinese medicine hospital, and to accelerate the construction of a third-level Chinese medicine hospital with outstanding Chinese medicine characteristics.

2. The purpose is to better build a platform for academic exchange, personnel training and academic inheritance of TCM in our hospital, enrich the forms of TCM activities and accelerate the growth of TCM talents.
