Rhythm of life
Recently, I listened to Xu Wenbing and Liang Dong's Dialogue with Huangdi Neijing, which was very rewarding. They mentioned the concept of "life rhythm" many times.

Each of us has our own innate talent rhythm. Just in the process of growing up, I was constantly influenced by the outside world, slowly forgetting my innate instinct and being unconsciously influenced by the surrounding rhythm. People become busy and anxious.

Especially people who live in big cities. I rush to and from work every day. The pressure of work, study and family makes people forget the beauty of the four seasons. I forgot that although I was materially underdeveloped when I was a child, I used to live so happily.

The popularity of household appliances makes us gradually feel the alternation of cold and warm seasons, which is often reversed day and night. With the development of science and technology, greenhouse crops and genetically modified foods have flooded our lives, and developed transportation allows us to eat food from all over the world at any time. However, civilization and progress have not brought us the desired prosperity and happiness, but have seriously damaged the physical and mental health of mankind. Modern people suffer from various wealth diseases, as well as mental anxiety and depression. It's all because we gave up our original way of life that conforms to heaven.

In fact, everyone has a small environment in his body. Keeping the environment clean is an important part of health. Therefore, we eat healthy food and exercise reasonably. Expect the body to reach its best. But these are not enough. This small environment needs to be closely coordinated with the big environment. Therefore, the wisdom of the ancients is that there are things in the four seasons, eating different things at different times and conforming to nature.

To conform to this nature is to live according to the rhythm of life. Many people don't realize their unhealthy lifestyle until they are seriously ill. It is normal for many young people to stay up late at night and eat supper. Although there is no special reaction in the body for a short time, it is like burying a time bomb in the body for a long time. Garbage accumulated in the body due to improper diet, coupled with lack of good rest, can not be fully metabolized by the body, which will lead to problems in the immune system and various diseases.

When we live in a hurry every day, it is difficult for us to find our own rhythm. But is it really necessary to do so much? Many things in life are dispensable. With the development of Internet economy in the past two years, paid learning has become a craze. I bought a lot of courses unconsciously, but I didn't finish them carefully. Sometimes it's better to read carefully. There are various communities, although they are interested in their own content. But if everyone is seriously involved, there is basically no time for themselves.

So now I choose a book club and three paid courses, just to finish them on my way to and from work. Write at night, recite words and read them before going to bed. Rest at a fixed time every day. Take your time, at your own pace. In fact, there is no need to deliberately pursue speed. It is also very rewarding to take your time.

In fact, "spring comes in summer, autumn harvests in winter", whether it is a day, a year or a lifetime, can follow this law. When people reach middle age, they gradually understand that we can achieve our goals without blind efforts. Only by learning to live in harmony with heaven and earth and making yourself comfortable can we walk steadily and in the long run.
