Method for making yew wine
A method for preparing health wine from Taxus chinensis includes preparing health wine from fresh Taxus chinensis and dried Taxus chinensis.

A. The method for preparing the Taxus health wine with fresh roots, stems, skins, branches and leaves as raw materials is as follows:

1: firstly, the leaves, branches, barks, stems and roots of Taxus chinensis were crushed, and then 1% ~ 5% edible alcohol aqueous solution was added to the crushed material for leaching, with the addition amount of alcohol aqueous solution being 8 ~ 15 times of the weight of the material, the leaching temperature being 5 ~ 26℃ and the leaching time being 656.

2. In order to improve the extraction effect, stir for 5 minutes every 1 hour; After leaching, filtering to remove filter residue; Then, edible alcohol or water and necessary flavoring agents are added into the filtrate to prepare 1 ~ 80 degree liquor;

3. After repeated tests, the Taxus chinensis wine is clear and transparent without precipitation through microfiltration; Micro-filtration can adopt industrial porous membrane, and the pressure difference of membrane filtration is 50 ~ 100 kPa, and finally it can be filled into Taxus health wine according to the required volume;

B, if the raw material of Taxus chinensis is dry, it can be extracted with 95% edible alcohol aqueous solution, and the extraction method is the same as that of A, then water is added to dilute it to the required concentration: 1 ~ 80 degrees, and then the required flavoring agent is added to make the Taxus chinensis health wine rich in paclitaxel.
