1. Yongquan point
This acupoint is located at the sole of the human body, and the front depression of the first third of the connecting line between the second and third toe stitches and the heel is the lowest point of the whole body and the first point of the kidney meridian. Feet naturally separate upward, or sit cross-legged. Then repeatedly massage Yongquan point from heel to toe with your thumb; Or pat Yongquan point naturally and gently with the palms of both hands, and it is best to have a heat sensation on the soles of your feet.
2. Taixi point
Massage Taixi point for those with deficiency of kidney or deficiency of yin and flourishing fire. This point is located in the depression between the medial side of the foot, the back of the medial ankle and the tendon of the heel, and is the original point of the kidney meridian. 5. Zusanli
People with spleen and stomach discomfort can massage Zusanli. This point is located at the edge of the tibia, at the four horizontal fingers below the external knee, and is the joint point of the stomach meridian. The finger surface of thumb exerts force at Zusanli point, exerting force vertically, and pressing down for friction. Has the functions of regulating spleen and stomach, tonifying middle warmer, eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening body resistance.
6. Tang Yin
Press the seal for the guilty and timid. This point is located on the human face, and the midpoint of the line connecting the eyebrows is a strange point outside the meridian. Gently press Tang Yin point with the flexed thumb and forefinger, and gently knead it to make it feel numb and bloated locally. Usually gently knead for 2 minutes. It has the effect of calming the nerves.
7.parkway
Baihui point is located in the human head, facing the center of the head. The head is the meeting of all yang, the Sect of all veins, and Baihui point is the place where all meridians meet. The nature of acupoints is yang, which contains yin, so it can reach the vein of yin and yang, connect the acupoints of the whole body and adjust the balance of yin and yang in the body. 8. rosis
Location: rosis is at the midpoint of the neck, where the wind pool connects with the hurricane. When taking acupoints at home, you can sit with your head slightly lower, and there are two depressions behind your ears or depressions under your occipital bone. The wind is behind the earlobe.
Massage method: before massage, you can stretch the meridians three times by bending the head left and right, and then massage the ipsilateral rosis with the ipsilateral index finger, from light to heavy, and it is better to feel sore and numb at the acupressure again. Switching from left to right once a day before going to bed can effectively improve sleep.
9. Shenting point
Location: Shenting point is 0.5 inch above the center of hairline on the head.
Massage method: press the thumb and abdomen for 50 times. Press it several times before going to bed every day.
