Wash gastrodia elata, steam it with steamed dumplings (don't overcook it, or it will evaporate nutrients), and then dry it with charcoal fire. Note: Don't bake it too dry, just bake it with water. Finally, put gastrodia elata into the prepared fine liquor, seal the bottle mouth, leave it for three months, or take it out for drinking after one year.
The common adverse reactions of taking Gastrodia elata include dizziness, nausea, chest tightness, skin papules with itching and so on. Some people may have facial or systemic edema or even hair loss. Moreover, the effect of using gastrodia elata alone is not very good, so it is better to consult Chinese medicine when using it.
