In the practice that night and the next morning, I mainly did nothing. I always like to walk around a place for more than an hour. I don't feel tired at all, nor do I feel dizzy. A few times, I turned too much. I wonder if it's just my inertia, not my nature, so I tried to change direction, but I couldn't get out. There is a force that will stop me from running away. After asking the teacher, the teacher said that turning around is like screwing a screw, in order to gather strength and practice strength. After the hand is angry, plus the action of the hand, it is the eight diagrams palm. Turning to the left also has a purgative effect, which purges the turbid things in the body. From the second day to the fourth day, it is mainly to walk and assist in standing piles. In this way, when walking, you slowly accumulate energy, awaken awareness and experience what inaction is. I found the feeling of inaction, and then it became easy to stand on the pile: on the third day, I felt the long and short legs for the first time, thinking that the ground was uneven and there were long and short legs in another place. This is an experience I have never had before. I didn't pay attention. I stood and stood, and slowly my calves became a little angry, followed by my thighs and abdomen. I don't know when the feeling of short legs and long legs is gone. ? On the fourth day, standing on the pile, not long after standing, the body will involuntarily lean to the left, stay for a while, slowly lean to the right, stay for a while, then lean to the left, and so on. The force that drives the body to deviate gradually strengthens from that delicacy, and then the body begins to turn left until the end.
It may be that I have practiced for two days and accumulated some energy. On the fifth morning, I stood on the pile and quickly entered the working state, and my body seemed to have a memory. Then yesterday's action, I turned left for a long time, then turned right, and it didn't take long for an X-shape/left-right/∞ shape to appear. You don't have to consider the magnitude and priority of the action at all, just swing your body. During the period, I turned to the right twice until I felt that I was going to fall, and my body stopped automatically. I stood there motionless, with my center of gravity on my right foot. After a period of time, my right hip hurts so much that I feel unable to support it, so I hesitate to stop. At this time, my body began to automatically switch to the next action. Well done! Enter yourself, really follow your feelings, don't think about anything, don't worry about anything, all you have to do is relax and simply relax. The body knows what to do, and at this time the body is the best doctor.
From then on, I found that as long as I stand, my body will move involuntarily, whether standing quietly or chatting with people. The teacher said that this is an exercise, and the normal reaction of the body after being awakened allows you to use two things at the same time.
