Internal qi one, external qi six. Internal qi sucks both. Exhale six, that is, blowing, shouting, hey, oh, shush and whimper, are all venting. Mortal breath, breath, without this number, want to be a long breath. The method of exhaling can be blown in cold weather, shouted in warm weather, and cured. Blow to get rid of heat, shout to get rid of wind, hey to get rid of annoyance, oh to get angry, and shush to get rid of gas, which is extremely slow. " In other words, if you breathe anger and vomit to death, you will live forever.

After the word "shh" is finished, you still maintain a sitting position and a relaxed state of mind, with your lips lightly closed, your tongue resting on your palate, breathing slowly through your nose, and exhaling clearly and endlessly. Sit quietly for about 40 minutes each time to 1 hour, and sit quietly twice a day, and the effect is better.

Seeking "quietness" is the basic and effective method to nourish the liver. All beings are born by "quietness" and die by dynamics.
