Usage of lavender essential oil
When using an indoor lavender incense burner, the heating source includes a small candle or an electric light bulb. Drop about 10 drop of essential oil into a small glass of water. If it is irritating essential oil, the dosage should be reduced. Mix about 10 drop of lavender essential oil with about two tablespoons (30CC) of base oil (such as wheat germ oil) for full body massage. Essential oil massage oil should be avoided around eyes and genitals.
Add 3-7 drops of lavender essential oil to two cups of boiling water for use with a facial steamer. Best for cold, stuffy nose or steaming face. Stay at least 30 cm away from hot water to avoid being scalded by steam. It takes about ten minutes to use, and the concentration of the inhaled essential oil will be relatively high, so if you feel uncomfortable, you should stop using it immediately.
