What does directional cultivation mean?
Directed to entrust students to entrust training, the enterprise entrusts a school to train professional college students for it. Directional training is to define the work unit, professional responsibility and professional standards of students after graduation through contracts when enrolling students. According to the requirements of enterprises, schools develop teaching materials, teach students courses and cultivate talents that meet the needs of enterprises. After graduation, students will work in the employer directly according to the contract. Directional students are a poverty alleviation education policy in China. Similar to the current special post teachers, they gather some students with poor family conditions who can't go to school, complete the prescribed studies, and go to designated places, regions and poverty-stricken areas to support agriculture, teach and support doctors. This is one of the talent training programs in minority areas and underdeveloped areas. Such candidates generally sign agreements with local governments and have a certain service period. They can't leave or resign without completing their service period.
