What kind of tea is Wuyishan Rock Tea?
Wuyishan rock tea is oolong tea.

It belongs to semi-fermented tea. Therefore, Wuyi Rock Tea is only a subdivision of Oolong Tea, and its tea has obvious fragrance of rock bones and flowers, obvious Shan Ye rhyme, high foam resistance and full charm.

The most famous variety of rock tea is Dahongpao tea, which is the best of Wuyi rock tea. Known as the "first rock tea" and the "tea king". The most outstanding quality of this kind of tea lies in its rich aroma, orchid fragrance, high and lasting aroma.

Storage method:

Wuyi rock tea loves to smell, and is even more afraid of humidity, high temperature and light. The finished Wuyi rock tea baked is extremely dry and can be broken with a slight twist of your fingers, which is the best humidity for tea preservation. The optimum storage temperature of tea is 0 ~ 65438 00℃. When the temperature is about 65438 05℃, the storage period shall not exceed 4 months, and when the temperature is above 25℃, the storage period shall not exceed 2 months, otherwise obvious discoloration and odor will occur.

Light can accelerate the oxidation of tea. Tea should not be stored in transparent glass and plastic containers, let alone dried in the sun. Because high-grade tea leaves are all fine-pointed buds, they are easy to oxidize and age.

The storage period of scented tea should not exceed 1 year, and that of green tea should not exceed half a year, even under the conditions of moisture-proof, light-proof and appropriate temperature. Tea stored at home can be put in the refrigerator, but it cannot exceed 1 year.
