In the early years of the Republic of China, Huo Yuanjia, a great warrior, felt that young people in China were easy to get lost in turbulent times, and decided to set up a martial arts school in the Shanghai Concession to train future masters with China martial arts, so as to keep fit and stabilize the ambition of China.

Fortunately, his Japanese girlfriend (Shinobu Nakayama) came to help him in time.
