Raynaud's disease, also known as Raynaud's syndrome, refers to a group of syndromes in which fingers (toes) turn pale and purple due to cold or emotional excitement, and then flush.
The early and middle symptoms of Raynaud's disease are mainly cold and dampness stagnation of meridians, arthralgia, and poor circulation of qi and blood. Eat more foods that warm meridians, dispel cold and dampness, warm foods, and foods that can dilate blood vessels, but avoid cold foods.
