Spring/onion cakes

Ingredients: 200 grams of common flour, a handful of shallots, appropriate amount of edible oil, a small amount of salt, appropriate amount of thirteen spices, and 30 grams of cooked flour.

Exercise:

1. First pour 200 grams of medium gluten flour on the chopping block, dig a groove in the middle, pour 100 grams of warm water, and stir 30 grams of edible oil into flour floc (if it is too dry, add a little warm water to moisten it). Continue to knead the dough, and wrap it in plastic wrap for 30 minutes after the surface is smooth.

Next, we will prepare cakes, prepare 30 grams of cooked flour in a small bowl, pour 30 grams of cooking oil, add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of thirteen spices, and stir well. 3. After waking up, tear off the plastic wrap, roll the dough into rectangular pancakes with a thickness of about 1 cm, then spread the prepared pastry and sprinkle some chopped green onion. Fold the two sides of the dough in half to the middle, and then cut lines about 1 cm wide from the side with a knife. We tangent the dough surface (be careful not to cut both ends, but cut the line to the bottom). After cutting the thread, spread a layer of cake on it and fold it in half.

4. Then stretch the two ends outward and roll them up to form a flower roll (notice the tail, we flatten the dough at the tail). After rolling, put it aside and wake up for 30 minutes.

5. It's time to roll the dough. Brush some cooking oil on the chopping block with a small brush to prevent the bread from sticking to the chopping block. When rolling the pastry, first press it with a rolling pin, then flatten it before rolling it (when rolling the pastry, we will roll it several times and then turn it over, so that the pastry will be evenly stressed). We can roll it into a cake about 1 cm thick and fry it in a pot.

Now let's roll it up with a rolling pin and fry it in an electric baking pan. When one side of the bread is cooked and curdled, open the lid. Brush a layer of oil on the top of the bread with a small brush first, and then brush another layer on the other side. Cover and continue frying. Tip:
