Longhushan, Jiangxi
Longhu Mountain, located at 16 km south of Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, is the birthplace of Taoism in China and a famous Taoist mountain with a long history, and is known as "the Taoist Capital of China". She is not only the second batch of national key scenic spots (1988), the national forest park (2000), the first batch of national geological parks (200 1) and the national 5A-level scenic tourist area (20 12), but also one of the 2 1 key open palaces in the State Council. In 2007, UNESCO listed it as a world geopark. In 20 10, the 34th World Heritage Congress voted "Danxia, China" as a world natural heritage and listed it in the World Heritage List. Longhu Mountain Scenic Area covers a total area of about 220 square kilometers. Tiancheng Danya clear water, a long history of Taoist culture and the mystery of hanging coffins through the ages constitute the "three wonders" of Longhu Mountain landscape.
