Jujube and Tremella Soup-Buxue Yiqi
Ingredients: red dates, tremella, rock sugar, medlar
Apple, red dates and tremella soup-moistening intestines and reducing fat
Ingredients: apples, red dates, tremella, rock sugar and medlar.
Rock sugar, snow pear and tremella soup-moistening lung and removing dryness
Ingredients: Sydney, tremella, crystal sugar, medlar
Purple Sweet Potato and Tremella Soup —— Detoxification and Antioxidant
Ingredients: purple potato, tremella, crystal sugar, medlar
Rose medlar soup-moisturizing and whitening
Ingredients: rose, tremella, red dates, rock sugar and medlar.
Lotus seed lily tremella decoction-nourishing the heart and strengthening the spleen, calming the nerves and helping sleep
Ingredients: lotus seeds, lilies, red dates, tremella, rock sugar and medlar.
Exercise:
1. Tremella should be soaked in cold water one hour in advance.
2. Cut the tremella into small pieces, put them into Chang Di health pot and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. (It is particularly easy to stick when stirred quickly with a stirring rod or spoon 1 min or so),
3. Add rose, red dates (without core), purple potato, Sydney, lotus seed, lily and rock sugar, and stew for about 15 minutes.
4. Add Lycium barbarum and stew for 3 minutes, and you can drink nutritious and healthy tremella soup.
Tips:
Soak tremella in cold water 1 to 2 hours in advance, and add some flour to adsorb the dirt on tremella and clean it more cleanly.
Cut off the soaked tremella root with scissors and cut it into small pieces.
Note: Tremella fuciformis is easy to breed bacteria. It can't be soaked overnight or eaten overnight. Remember! ! !
