3. The back of the hand touches directly, the thumb is pressed down, the toe is buckled, the crotch is bent, the body is upright, the waist is not arched, and the crotch is not top. When rolling your nose, buckle your hands after bending your arms, and press your elbows (forearms) against your chest. Then push with your feet, open your chest, lunge, pull the palm root to the farthest end, put your fists on your sides, bend your elbows back, and stand tall.
When you step out, your thumb is down, your palm is backward and your body is upright. Stretch your shoulders, turn your palms, hold your chest out, and pay attention to opening and closing.

6. Swing the arm to cause opening and closing, and the body is upright. From shoulder top to shoulder bottom, and then from shoulder bottom to shoulder top. When you buckle your leg, buckle your right leg first, buckle it from the back of your knee to your ankle, and then buckle it up. When the leg is buckled, the knee joint extends backward to the back of the other leg, causing opening and closing.
7. Put your thumb down and palm back, turn your hands over, stir your chest, fold your hands after going down from your ears, squat down and bend over to squeeze your chest with your chest, and the back of your hands touch each other. Then your middle finger will bounce off your hand to vibrate the meridians, and then your hand will be pulled to both sides to open your chest.
8. Keep your body upright when you are not out of your feet. Bend your hips first after coming out naturally, with your palms overlapping and your palms close to your body. When you stand out, step on your head, open your chest, and then bend your hips with your chest. In the second movement, when the hands are up, the thumb touches the throat, the elbow joint is flat with the shoulder, and the body contains the crotch. When hands are up, reach Guanyuan point (lower abdomen).
