Four small ones:

Less words in the mouth; There are few things in my heart; Eat less in the stomach; Sleep is not natural. -Eat and sleep moderately. Be in a better state of mind, accumulate less troubles and talk less, so as not to disturb.

Ten but:

Clothes are not warm, food is not enough, housing is not extravagant, travel is not rich, and fatigue is not tired.

Not enough escape, not enough Jia, not enough anger, not enough fame, not enough profit.
