I am in my forties. Is boxing better or Sanda better?
Boxing, take me for example. I am 45 years old now and have been practicing boxing. The fitness effect is very good, but you can train by yourself and not participate in the competition, but you can still defend yourself. Sanda needs leg press, which is flexible and demanding. I haven't done boxing strength training, but the explosive power comes from the overall strength. As long as I practice correctly, my strength is absolutely good, and the amount of training is adjusted by myself, not limited by space and time.
