Unplug the power first; Close the water inlet and outlet valves; Open the filter bucket in the basin. Here, the order of filter materials in the filter barrel of the aquarium shop is (bottom-up, three layers);
The first layer: filter cotton; The second layer: filter cotton, the third layer: glass ring, activated carbon). I took out the filter cotton and found it was not very dirty, because I put a silk stocking at the water inlet.
After cleaning the filter cotton with water in the fish tank, place the newly bought filter material as follows: the first layer: ceramic ring with coarse filter cotton on it; The second layer: fine filter cotton;
The third layer: fine filter cotton and ceramic ring. After cleaning and installation, turn on the power supply, and find that the water flow is obviously reduced, thinking that the installation is improper. After opening the filter barrel and reinstalling it, the problem still exists.
Looking down the water inlet, I found that there was gas at the corner of the water inlet pipe of the aquarium. According to the online experience, I shook the filter bucket several times, but the problem still remained unsolved.
Try to shake the hose into the water and find that the gas in the hose has entered the filter barrel, but there is still gas in the hose. Through inspection, it was found that one interface of the water inlet pipe was not tightened. After tightening, it was rolled into the water pipe, and it was found that all the gas had entered the filter bucket. When the water inlet of the filter bucket was opened, the water flow was obviously stronger.
