Gansu Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, referred to as "Gannong Vocational College" (GVCA), located in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is a full-time public agricultural vocational college approved by the Gansu Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education.

The predecessor of the college was 1907 (thirty-three years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty), which was founded by Peng Yingjia of Lanzhou Road. On June 26th, 2004, Gansu Provincial People's Government decided to transform "Lanzhou Agricultural School in Gansu Province" into "Gansu Agricultural Vocational and Technical College", which belongs to the junior college level of ordinary colleges and universities and the Provincial Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department.
