First of all, starting with the drug king, there are different legends about the drug king in ancient and modern times. There are two common legends. One is that the drug king is Tong Pi. The capital of the Western Han Dynasty (the capital of the Western Han Dynasty, Anping of Jizhou in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and now jizhou city of Hebei Province). In the Eastern Han Dynasty, he was named Lingshou Hou, one of the 28 generals of Yuntai under Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu of Han Dynasty, and once served as the magistrate of Quyang. This man is an honest official and cares about the sufferings of the people. He also loved medicine, advocated and fostered the cause of medicine among the people, and made great efforts to collect, plant, manufacture and practice medicine for the people of Li at that time. In the second year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1404), according to the Wang Yao Temple in Lin 'an (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang) in the Song Dynasty, the Wang Yao Temple was expanded centering on Tong Pi's tomb. The temple is located on the east side of Nanguan South Street in Anguo County, covering an area of 10 mu. It consists of an archway, a horse hall, a bell and drum tower, a tomb pavilion in Wang Yao, a monument room, ten famous medical halls and the back hall of Wang Yao. Double-eaved temple archway, covered with yellow glazed tiles, with three pillars and four colored arches. There is a plaque in the middle of the book, which reads eight golden characters: "Sealing Hebei, miracle of Southern Song Dynasty". There are a pair of stone lions on each side of the archway, and two iron flagpoles stand on the outside of the stone lions, which were built by drug dealers of Jingtong Wei Gang, Guandong Gang, Shandong Gang and Shanxi Gang, as well as local leather clothing shops, cloth estimation shops and grocery stores during the nine years of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty. The flagpole is 27 meters high, and a golden dragon is coiled on each flagpole, and a three-layer bucket with the word shou is cast. There is also a couplet cast on the two flagpoles, which reads: Iron Tree Double Flag Light Shooting Bucket; The bottom line is: the gods are above Pu Yinde. The font is vigorous and powerful, and the kung fu is unique. At the top of two flagpoles, two phoenixes dance opposite each other, just like a living dragon.
Above the mountain gate hangs the "Wang Yao Temple" tablet inscribed by Liu Yong, a scholar of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty. Inside the hall is the horse hall. There are three horses, one in the north and one in the south of the hall. One is a red horse in the south, the other is a white horse in the north, and the two horseheads are opposite. There are four stable boy in the temple, and two of them are holding a horse. Stable boy dressed up as an ancient warrior. Their faces are exactly the same color as the horses they lead.
The center of the main building of Wang Yao Temple is Wang Yao Tomb Pavilion. The tomb is pavilion-style, with glazed tile roof, alternating width and depth, and its appearance is exquisite and unique. The tombstone reads "Ming Zhao Ling will visit the Tomb of the King". According to qi zhou, Hanwang is one of the 28 generals of Guangwu. The tomb is in Nanguan, and the people suffer. Rudder rudder? "According to 1935 statistics, there are 23 tombs in the north and south corridors of the tomb pavilion and the Xisi forest. Most of these monuments were built when drug dealers, business tycoons, local celebrities and people of insight donated money to rebuild the Temple of Wang Yao. It was built in Chenghua, Zhengde, Jiajing and Wanli in the Ming Dynasty, Qianlong, Jiaqing, Daoguang, Tongzhi and Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, until the second year of the Republic of China (A.D. 19 13). After the founding of New China, Wang Yao Temple was restored in anguo city on 1985, and a number of new monuments were erected on both sides of Wang Yao's tomb pavilion.
Anguo Wang Yao Temple is the largest ancient architectural complex in China to commemorate doctors, and is listed as a key cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province.
