The gate is in the north wall, the office building is in the east building, the living room and conference room are in the middle building, and Zhang Xueliang's bedroom is in the west building. From1September 1935 to1February 25, 1936, Zhang Xueliang, his wife Yu Fengzhi, his secretary Miss Zhao Yidi and his son Zhang Lvlin lived here. The brewing, planning, occurrence and peaceful settlement of Xi 'an incident were also carried out here.
