Ingredients: 500 grams of ribs, one hot pot, one small dish of rock sugar, four slices of ginger, one spoonful of cooking wine and two cloves of garlic.

Steps:

1, wash the ribs, put them in a pot and rinse with cold water, add ginger wine, and wash them after boiling and bleeding.

2. Sauce: two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce and one spoonful of cooking wine.
