How to prevent ginger from sprouting
1. Find a flowerpot or jar filled with sand. Then you can bury the bought ginger in the sand pile and hide it at a depth of about 2-4CM below the sand layer.

2. First put ginger in a cool and ventilated place for about 3 to 5 days, and the room must be ventilated. Finally, find some dry straw to cover it, so as to preserve the ginger. During storage, do not touch alcohol, and do not store with food or articles with alcohol smell.

3. Spread a layer of plant ash first, and then a layer of ginger. The top layer is covered with plant ash, sand or hay.

4. Wash fresh ginger, shake off the surface moisture, then sprinkle fine salt on the surface and put it in a small unsealed plastic bag. Fresh ginger can be stored for about 10 days.
