Luanchuan County belongs to Luoyang City, Henan Province, located in the south of Luoyang City in the west of Henan Province, with a total area of 2,477 square kilometers and a permanent population of 327,000. Luanchuan is named after the legend that Luan birds lived here in ancient times. Known as the back garden of Luoyang and the south gate of Luoyang, it is also known as "four rivers, three mountains, two rivers, nine mountains, half water and half fields".

3. huixian city

Huixian city belongs to Xinxiang City, Henan Province, located in the northwest of Henan Province, with a total area of 2,007 square kilometers and a permanent population of 845,600.

Huixian county is an important part of national tourism development in the south of Taihang Mountain. The total planned tourist area of this city is 250 square kilometers. There is a 5a-level scenic spot, namely Baligou, two 4a-level scenic spots, namely Wan Xianshan and Baoquan, and two 3a-level scenic spots, namely Bai Quan and Baiyun Temple in Huilong National Forest Park.

Shangcheng County belongs to Xinyang City, Henan Province, located in the southeast corner of Henan Province and at the northern foot of Dabie Mountain, with a total area of 2 1.30 square kilometers and a permanent population of 459,500.

In Song and Yuan Dynasties, in order to avoid the taboo of Song Xuanzu, the county was changed to Shangcheng County. Shangcheng county is located in the northern edge of the north subtropical zone, with mild climate and abundant rainfall.
