Five kinds of health tea suitable for drinking in early autumn
First of all, honeysuckle tea
Honeysuckle is a common folk medicinal material, which is sweet in taste and cold in nature, and has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials and dispersing wind and heat.
Take 5~ 10g honeysuckle tea by soaking method, put it in a cup and brew it with boiling water, cover the cup and stew for a few minutes. The color and taste of the tea soup will be better.
Note that honeysuckle is not suitable for long-term drinking because of its cold nature, especially for women with deficiency-cold constitution or menstrual period.
Second, osmanthus tea
Osmanthus fragrans has the effects of warming lung, softening hardness, dispelling cold, relieving pain and refreshing breath. Drinking osmanthus can eliminate bad breath and maintain oral health.
Soak a small amount of osmanthus in water, the water temperature should not be too high, and it can be kept at about 85 degrees.
Third, lotus plumule tea.
Among many homemade drinks, lotus plumule tea is probably the most "asking for it". Lotus plumule is the turquoise germ in the middle of lotus seeds, which is cold in nature and has the effects of clearing away heat, calming the nerves and strengthening the heart. Its effect of clearing the heart is especially suitable for people with hyperactivity and insomnia.
Lotus plumule tea can soak 2 grams of lotus plumule once, or 3-6 pieces of other tea.
Fourth, lily tea.
Lily tea has the effects of calming the nerves and increasing wisdom, moistening the lungs and relieving cough.
When soaking in boiling water, you should first wet the tea leaves in the cup with a small amount of water, which will help the tea leaves to be fully wetted, and the tea flavor can be better integrated into the water to enhance the taste. When brewing and drinking, you can add a little honey to remove the bitterness of tea.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) hawthorn tea
Hawthorn has the effects of promoting blood circulation, resolving phlegm, detoxicating and appetizing. In this hot and dry early autumn season, moderate consumption can increase appetite.
Wash the soaked hawthorn and boil it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add rock sugar and simmer for 2 minutes.
