It depends on what you eat, VE.

Whether it is synthetic VE or natural VE, whether it is drug quasi-word VE or general health care product VE, there is a big difference, so we must be cautious.

If you want to be safe and effective, you have to take medicine.

The natural vitamin E with the drug standard name is purer, safer and more effective than the health care standard name ve. Only two or three varieties of vitamin E in China are the standard names of drugs. Yangshengtang and Amway in the market are all health labels, and their efficacy and safety are not as good as those of drugs.

Many health products on the market say that VE is natural, but it is not. By natural, they just mean that their materials are extracted from natural plants. In fact, this is confusing consumers and deceiving consumers.

The state has a clear definition of natural VE:

China Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the content of natural vitamin E :D-α- tocopherol should not be less than 90%, and the United States Pharmacopoeia stipulates that it should not be less than 96%.

Vitamin E in Yangshengtang says that it contains 97.5 mg of d-α- tocopherol, but the back is not obvious that it contains 39 g of d-α- tocopherol per 100 g, and the purity is only 39%.

At present, only Lion brand natural vitamin E produced by Xinchang Pharmaceutical Company has a purity higher than 96%.
