TCM maintains sperm quality standards.
On the issue of male health care, especially tonifying kidney, I believe that Chinese medicine health care in China can never be forgotten. In particular, some ancient ways of keeping in good health, and even some royal secrets, still have great influence. For example, in Compendium of Materia Medica, it is recorded that "the method of consolidating the foundation and locking the yang begins with Tao Zhenren, and then it is unattainable", and the secret recipe of health care presented by Tao, a Taoist priest in Ming Dynasty, to Emperor Jiajing is introduced. It is precisely because of this that the "pottery soup" created after Tao has influenced so far and is highly respected by people. Tao believes that the essence of male health care is not only to let men have a strong body to show their charm, but more importantly, to improve the vitality and quality of sperm, so as to improve the quality of future generations. It is also because Tao regimen and Guben Qiangjing decoction, a Taoist regimen, can be respected by Emperor Jiajing and recorded by later generations.
