Rereading Huangdi Neijing: The First Book of Ancient Innocence (1)
Background Huangdi Neijing, also known as Neijing, is divided into two parts: Lingshu and Suwen. It is one of the earliest classics in China and the first of the four classics of traditional medicine in China (the other three are Difficult Classic, Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Shennong Herbal Classic). According to legend, it was made by the Yellow Emperor, hence its name. However, it is generally believed that this book was finally formed in the Western Han Dynasty, and the author was not a single person, but was created by Huang Lao, a doctor in China. As pointed out in Huai nan zi xiu Wu Xun, the title of "yellow emperor" is intended to trace back to the source and worship the original, so as to illustrate the early birth of China medical culture? . It's not a moment's talk, nor is it a single hand.

Su Wen focuses on viscera, meridians, etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment principles and acupuncture. Lingshu is an inseparable companion of Su Wen, and its contents are basically the same. In addition to discussing the function, etiology and pathogenesis of viscera, it also focuses on meridians and acupoints, acupuncture, acupuncture methods and treatment principles.

The theory of ancient naivety is the title of Su Wen's first article. "Ancient" refers to ancient times, that is, the early days of human life. Ann said: "Born in heaven, it is true"; Gao Zongyun said, "A naive person is natural and true, and has no other desires." . Therefore, heaven is called nature, and it is really true. This paper focuses on how ancient people raised their innocence to achieve health and longevity, and the influence of innocence on the growth and development process. So it is called "ancient naivety".

Health, commonly known as "taking health" and "Tao Sheng". The ancients had two basic concepts about "taking life", namely: ① the overall concept of correspondence between man and nature; (2) "Righteousness exists inside, and evil cannot be done" (internal factors determine external factors).

What is the overall concept? Man and nature are inextricably linked, and the human body is a unified whole, which is the concept of wholeness.

"Righteousness exists inside, and evil cannot be done" comes from Su Wen's Heritage on Acupuncture. The so-called "healthy qi" refers to the resistance to pathogenic microorganisms and their own adaptive ability, and "evil" refers to various pathogenic factors. It means: when the viscera function is normal, the vital qi is vigorous, the qi and blood are smooth, the external defense is strict, the external evil is difficult to invade, and the internal evil is difficult to live, the disease will not occur. In layman's terms, good health, good health, can resist external evil, not easy to get sick.

(A) the main methods to maintain longevity

1. the law applies to yin and yang: "law" means "taking law", "adapting" or "imitating". "Yin and Yang" refers to the changing law of Yin and Yang in nature. This sentence means to regulate the yin and yang of the human body according to the changing law of yin and yang in nature, which means "nourishing yang in spring and summer, nourishing yin in autumn and winter".

2. "Number Sum": "Sum", and. "Shu Shu" refers to the technical method of health preservation. And math skills refer to the method of self-cultivation For example, the guidance and breathing of ancient Taoism, as well as modern "meditation" and "qigong therapy" all belong to this category.

3. "Moderate diet": that is, the diet should be controlled regularly and quantitatively. If you overeat or eat irregularly, it is easy to hurt your spleen and stomach.

(B) the basic causes of premature aging

The general requirement of health preservation in Neijing is to conform to the changing laws of heaven and earth, so that people's spiritual thinking, daily life and physical condition can adapt to the changes of the external environment, which is the so-called "harmony of Yin and Yang, mutual development of skills". Specifically, this article is understood from the following four aspects:

1. adapt to the changes of the four seasons and prevent the invasion of foreign evils.

? Neijing advocates adjusting people's spirit by adapting to the ups and downs of Yin and Yang in four seasons. In the original text, it is mentioned that "virtual evil is a thief's wind, so it is sometimes avoided", which means to avoid the invasion of evil and external evil. Not only from Yin and Yang, but also from Yin and Yang, and also from the four seasons to defend against evil. "Justice exists, and evil cannot be done."

? 2. Rules of normal life

? Do "eat and drink in moderation, live regularly, and don't act rashly", including life, diet, rest and so on. On the other hand, if life is not controlled, you can't spend your whole life, and "half a hundred will fail." It should be noted here that neither overwork nor leisure can be excessive, that is, neither overwork nor leisure can be excessive. For example, the injuries caused by five kinds of fatigue in Su Wen Xuan Ming Wu Qi include blood injury caused by overwork, tendon injury caused by prolonged walking, bone injury caused by prolonged standing, gas injury caused by prolonged lying, and meat injury caused by sedentary.

? 3. Ideologically, we should "be indifferent to emptiness and leave the spirit inside."

This article points out that "nothing to ask for, nothing to fear". Neijing places special emphasis on spiritual cultivation, and the author is deeply influenced by Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi's Taoist thought of "governing by doing nothing". It is not meaningless to avoid unreasonable mental worries and heavy ideological burdens today. There are many diseases caused by seven emotions and five desires in Neijing, just like Su Wenyin Yang Ying Xiang Da Lun says: "Anger hurts the liver, likes to hurt the spleen, grieves the lungs and fears to hurt the kidneys."
