Old duck pot

Ingredients: 1 old duck

Accessories: iron stick yam 1, coix seed, lotus seed (dry), 8 Dendrobium, several onions, 5 small pieces of ginger and 5 grams of salt.

1. Slice onion and ginger, peel and cut yam, and soak Dendrobium and lotus seeds in clear water.

2. Cut the old duck into pieces and put it in the boiling water pot, then blanch the blood.

3. Take the duck pieces out and put them in the pot, and add a little deep-fried until dry.

4. Add water to the pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes; Add Coicis Semen and Dendrobium, and stew for 40 minutes.

5. Then add yam, ginger, green onion and lotus seeds and continue to stew for 40 minutes.
