Don't pay attention to the above, ordinary people are used to paying attention. Imagine sinking from the bottom of the sea and sinking under nine places, and you can be sure that the so-called "Earth Treasure King Bodhisattva" is also true. When the heart sinks, the pure yang rises. It makes sense to let you go, but it makes no sense not to let you go. If you don't sink your heart, you will never settle down. Those who are light and clear ascend to heaven, while those who are heavy and turbid condense to the ground. Those who are light and clear ascend to heaven, while those who are heavy and turbid condense to the ground. People in their fifties and sixties can often settle down, and the true yang will naturally rise to maintain health and longevity. You see, everything comes from the ground, which is the foundation of all life. If you want to live a long life, you must put it down. Tantric tile breaking is an upward practice and easy to die. Calm down is the way to live a long life.
Leg pain, backache, too nervous, uneven breathing. Breathing is too loose, (if the old monk is meditating, there is no life in it, it is meditation, and it is useless. ) Take a few deep breaths to make the qi machine full and lively. Relax, don't be quiet, don't be calm, don't be empty, don't fix it with your heart, that's all. Relax, sink purposefully, and sink below the center of the earth. The body is harmonious first, and the pulse is all connected. Naturally, it can be settled. Let go of your body and mind, and there will be no obstacles.

There is a healthy qi in our "hurdle", so we must control this qi first. Once the qi stops, our thoughts will freeze. So when people can't sleep, it's more difficult to breathe, and the more angry they are, the more they can't sleep! Can't sleep, more angry. When the qi is really settled, you don't breathe or inhale, and your mind is under control. The founder of Zen called you a "monk on an empty stomach", saying that you can't recover your vitality, your stomach is empty and your mind is thinking. Can this still be decided? This sentence is based on Laozi's saying that "the heart is empty and the abdomen is real". When the heart is empty and the vitality is full, the heart will naturally settle.
Here he is represented by two hexagrams, which means that his mind is wandering and busy; When Yuanyang in our life starts, we can't stand thinking. If there is no idea, isn't that a dead person? No, it's just that the usual ideas are gone. The innate inspiration has gone beyond the present thought, but it knows everything. Ordinary is called magical power, and God communicates with it. Therefore, only in the pit can we get the congenital Yang Qi. He said that if this anger does not come, "there is no way to control it", and this thought and delusion cannot be controlled.
Pay attention! Some people have also started to meditate and practice monasticism, and their bellies are bulging and their bodies are full of qi, thinking that this is the "congenital yang", but it is not. The "congenital yang" is invisible, which is another realm, not breath. In other words, when this physical "congenital yang" comes, no matter how old you are, the woman will change back to what she was before she was twelve, and the man will change back to the boy's body. By this time, the feeling of body and mind is gone, the body doesn't breathe, and a rush or a chicken feather is stuck in the nostrils. But his skin is still breathing, but I can't feel it. At this time, with brain waves and electrocardiogram examination, the electrocardiogram will not fluctuate and be completely calm. At this time, it is "congenital to yang", so it is invisible.

"The sky is extremely quiet, and the gods are born." People who study Buddhism and Zen can't even think about it. If they don't have time, they can't be born without thinking! The founder of Zen Buddhism cursed and said that those arrogant mantras were "empty thoughts and high realms". How do they learn Zen? "An empty stomach and a high heart" refers to Lao Tzu's two sentences, which in turn curse people. Lao Tzu said that "an empty mind has its belly", and an empty mind means an empty mind; When the abdomen is full, the qi will return and the pulse will stop.
Therefore, the swearing of the founder of Zen Buddhism is a argot, and "empty stomach and high heart" is not alive, and the thoughts are turning in the mind, and the delusion can't stop. I can't sleep because I'm angry on it. Insomnia is because qi is on it, not because blood pressure is high, not because blood is on it, and blood pressure may still be low! Blood pressure and qi are two different ways. Therefore, at this time, it is assumed that the heart is empty and the abdomen is solid. That's what Laozi called "emptiness and quietness" and Zen called "enlightenment". Taoism didn't say that you are enlightened or not. What Taoists use is "the immortal is born by himself", which is the realm of Buddhism enlightenment. You don't know where your wisdom comes from, it comes naturally. So there will be foresight, which is before the epiphany that our self already has.

Li Kan and Li Kan represent fire and water respectively. In the book of changes, fire and water are auspicious, and auspicious is good; It's not good for the fire to fall, nor is it good for it to fall. So, what is fire and water ji ji? We see tea cooking, with water above and fire below, which is very good. Fire burns above, and water is useless below. This is a very simple physical understanding. Therefore, when you are practicing meditation, your mind is buzzing, your face is red, and you are delusional, that is, fire is above and water is below, which is qi deficiency. Therefore, when I say "guilty conscience, solid stomach", it means that the fire has dropped.
Therefore, the founder of Zen used Laozi's words to call names, saying that some people didn't understand and thought that understanding was "with an empty stomach and a high heart", which was just the opposite of Laozi's words. The above delusion can't stop, that is, the heart can't fall; The spirit can't return to yuan, that is, water can't return to yuan. Reading too much is a virtual fire, and the heart is unclean. Buddhism is often pure and harmonious, which means to take the threshold to fill the gap, be calm and full of vitality.
Let me be more specific. When I really stop breathing, my heart will return to Yuan, which is what Lao Tzu said. My whole body stopped, and my breathing stopped. At that time, I couldn't get up even if I thought about it and worried. When a real fire flies around, Taoism sometimes compares it to a dragon. If the dragon subdues the tiger, the tiger will live in the water, that is, freeze to death. In other words, the heart will move, the pneumatic heart will move, and the mind will move. If you can't read, there is a way to do it. If you are angry, you can't study. They are partners. If you don't hold your breath, you can't be completely illiterate. Accidental is purely an illusion, not a real image. Really holding your breath is the lifeblood!
