Office workers get up at 7:30, wash and eat, then go out to work at 8:30, go to work in 20 minutes, take a lunch break, go to work at 13:00, get off work at 16:30, then go home for dinner, watch TV after dinner, go downstairs for exercise and walk, and then watch TV at 2100. If we get together, it's singing and eating, or going out for dinner with our families or something.
