Grain Rain is the sixth solar term among the 24 solar terms and the last solar term in spring. It rains a lot before and after Grain Rain every year, which is very helpful for the growth of crops. But for us, we need to eat more dehumidified ingredients. It is recommended to eat more of these four ingredients to promote diuresis and eliminate dampness. First, coix seed

Coix seed has the functions of invigorating spleen, promoting diuresis, clearing away heat and toxic materials, and can effectively eliminate moisture in the body. It is suggested that Grain Rain eat more barley before and after. Coix seed can be cooked in porridge and soup, and there are many ways to eat it, such as Coix seed ribs soup, Coix seed tremella soup and so on.

Prepare ingredients, such as ribs, coix seed, wax gourd and lily, wherein the ribs, coix seed and lily are soaked in cold water respectively. In order to soak ribs with bloodletting water, change the water frequently during soaking to achieve the purpose of removing fishy smell.

Soak coix seed and lily for at least two hours before stewing. Cut a few slices of ginger and some onions for later use.

Wash the ribs several times after soaking, take them out and put them into the pot, add enough water and a spoonful of cooking wine, boil them over high fire, skim them immediately when there is floating foam, and then take them out and wash them with warm water.

Then put the ribs in a casserole, add Coicis Semen, Lily, wax gourd slices, ginger slices, onion slices, boiled water and salt, and cover them with high fire for stewing.

After boiling, turn down the heat and stew until the ribs are cooked.

Second, wax gourd

Wax gourd is beneficial to water conservancy and dampness. If the moisture in the body is heavy, it is recommended to eat more. Wax gourd can be used as soup and stir-fry, which are all quite good, such as tomato and winter melon soup, braised winter melon and so on.

Prepare a piece of wax gourd, peel off the innermost pulp, wash and cut into small pieces. Cut some dried peppers and chopped green onion for later use.

Put oil in the pan, heat it, add dried Chili and chopped green onion until fragrant, then pour in wax gourd slices and stir fry. Stir-fry and add salt, soy sauce and sugar.

Then add a proper amount of water, cover the pot and stew until the melon is cooked. Finally, the juice is collected by fire, and the stewed melon is ready.

Third, yam.

Yam has the function of strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness, and eating yam regularly is very beneficial to the body. There are many ways to make yam, such as stir-frying, steaming and stewing, sweet and salty, and anything you want to eat is delicious, such as fried yam with black fungus, steamed yam patties, yam stewed chicken soup, blueberry yam paste and so on.
