Ingredients: 500g pigskin, 250g jujube and 250g rock sugar.

Practice: put the pigskin into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, cook with strong fire for 10 minute, take out, wash and remove the pig hair. Then stew the pigskin in a casserole until it is 80% cooked, and add the washed jujube.

Boil for 1~2 hours, and add rock sugar after the pigskin is cooked.

Take it every day.

Pigskin is slightly cool and sweet, belonging to the heart and lung meridian.

Food compatibility should not be eaten with cucumber, radish, vitamin K and animal liver.

Yangshengtang suggested invigorating qi and nourishing yin, nourishing blood and stopping bleeding, and rejuvenating skin. Can be used for treating bronchiectasis, xeroderma, pulmonary tuberculosis, emphysema and caring skin.
