Ingredients: half tremella, 30g peach gum, Xueyan 10g, 4 red dates, 50g rock sugar, some Lycium barbarum, and Lily 15g.
Production method:
1. Soak peach gum and Xueyan 15-20 hours in water in advance. Change the water three times in the middle, and soak the tremella and lily for 5 hours in advance.
2. Soak the tremella, wash and remove the pedicle, and tear it into small pieces for later use. Remove impurities from the soaked peach gum and snow swallow, and then rinse the peach gum and snow swallow repeatedly with water under the faucet with a colander.
3. Put the washed tremella into the health pot and add a proper amount of water (water should be added at one time, not while cooking, so that the soup will not stick). Select the quick cooking program, click Start, and the healthy pot is ready.
4. After the water is boiled, adjust the health pot to the slow stew procedure and continue the slow stew.
5. After boiling for one hour, add the washed peach gum and continue to stew.
6. Add the washed lily and red dates to continue the stew.
7. Add the washed snow swallow for the remaining 30 minutes, and then add the rock sugar.
8. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes and turn off the fire. Add Lycium barbarum, cover the pot and stew for 10 minutes, then take out the pot. The peach gum tremella Xueyan soup for nourishing skin is out of the pot. Tremella is soft and waxy, rich in gum, peach gum Q is smooth and tender, and the soup is moist and thick.
Note: Peach gum is a resin secreted by the trunk of peach trees (apricot, plum and cherry trees are also secreted). Dried peach gum is hard in the form of crystal stone (much like transparent rubber), so it needs to be soaked in soft foam before cooking.
