1, Maotai

According to legend, Li Bai once sold his fur coat here to buy wine and drink Jiannanchun, leaving the legend of "solving the golden mink" and "solving the mink to redeem the wine". Jiannanchun takes five kinds of cereals, such as high grain, rice, glutinous rice, corn and wheat, as raw materials, which belongs to Luzhou-flavor.

Fengxiang, known as Yongzhou in ancient times, is one of the settlements of the ancestors of the Chinese nation and the place where ancient agriculture rose. Gu Fengxiang is the legendary hometown of Phoenix, and there are stories about Qishan in Feng Ming and playing the flute to attract the phoenix. After the Tang Dynasty, it was also the seat of Xifu Terrace, known as Xifu Fengxiang, hence the name xifeng liquor.

Xifeng liquor uses sorghum, a local specialty, as raw material, and uses barley and peas to make koji. 7. Dongjiu

Dongjiu is another national wine in Guizhou besides Maotai, which is produced in Donggongsi Town, Zunyi, and its brewing history can be traced back to Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. The unique formula technology is listed as a state secret by the state. Dongjiu is the originator of the aroma-stringing process, which has both the rich aroma of Daqu liquor and the softness and sweetness of Xiaoqu liquor. Dongjiu is classified as "Dongxiang" liquor because of its unique aroma.

8. Gu Jing Winery

Gu Jing Distillery is a characteristic Daqu Luzhou-flavor liquor in Bozhou City, Anhui Province, which is known as "peony in wine".

According to Bozhou Records, this ancient drinking well is a relic of Datong in the Liang Dynasty (AD 532) in the Southern and Northern Dynasties (this well is located in Gu Jing Winery today). The local area is salty and the water is bitter, but the water in this well is clear and sweet, which is very suitable for wine making. Bozhou is the hometown of Cao Cao, because Cao Cao once dedicated the "Jiuyun Spring Wine" produced in his hometown and its brewing method to Liu Xie, the emperor of Han Dynasty. Since then, this wine has become a royal tribute, hence the name "Gongjiu". After more than 1000 years, "Jiuyun Spring Wine" developed continuously and gradually evolved into today's "Gu Jing Tribute Wine".
