First find the medial malleolus of the foot, that is, the protruding bone, and then stick your four fingers to the bone. The concave part of the posterior margin of tibia near the bone margin is Sanyinjiao point. Press 1 ~ 3 minutes with your thumb every time, and you can cure the disease and preserve your health.
Zusanli Qi-invigorating regimen:
Zusanli (Zusanli) is located at the edge of tibia, at the four horizontal fingers below the lateral knee, which is the focus of "Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian". You can press it on the right knee with the palm of your left hand, and the point of the fingertip in the middle finger tip is Zusanli point.

Zhongzhong point
This acupoint is located at the midline in front of the body, the midpoint of the connecting line between the two nipples. Press and knead with the middle finger before going to bed every night, about 50 ~ 100 times. Zhongshan point is the sea of Qi of Ren meridian. Chinese medicine says that "qi must be in Zhongshan", which means that Zhongshan is a place where all qi can gather, and massaging this acupoint can transport qi. Zhongshan has the function of "exorcising evil spirits and promoting healthy qi". For example, if you are in a bad mood, you will burp, and if you are angry, you will have chest pain. Massage the waist:

Rubbing the waist is actually a self-massage for Mingmen, Shenshu, Qihai Shu and Dachangshu of the waist.
