Health permits are required, and catering service permits are different from public health permits. The food and beverage service license means that before the Food and Drug Administration solves the problem that the hygiene license in public places is issued by the health administrative department at or above the county level, the health administrative department adopts the license of "two certificates" and "one certificate" to manage restaurants, and only issues the food hygiene license. After the division of food supervision functions, the Food and Drug Administration will issue the Catering Service Permit according to relevant laws, and the health administrative department will re-issue the Hygiene Permit for Catering Service Public Places.

1. Get a business license. You need to get a business license to open any store. This is proof of legal operation.

2. Apply for a health permit. The health center belongs to the service industry and also needs to apply for a health permit. Operators need to hold the original and duplicate business license, valid seal, my ID card and other necessary documents to the local health administrative department for health permits.

3. Apply for tax registration certificate. A tax registration certificate is a registration certificate issued by a taxpayer engaged in production or business operations when applying for tax registration with the competent tax authorities in the place where the production or business operations or tax obligations occur.

4. Apply for fire control acceptance certificate. After the fire control facilities in the health center are arranged, the operators can bring relevant certificates to the local consumption brigade or detachment to issue fire control acceptance certificates.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Hygiene Licensing. Any unit or individual engaged in food production and marketing activities shall declare to the administrative department of public health, and go through the formalities for applying for the hygiene license according to the regulations before engaging in food production and marketing activities, and bear the responsibility for food hygiene in food production and marketing.
