Treatment: relieving pain and expelling ascaris.
Prescription: Wu Mei Pill and Lidan Decoction.
In the early stage of syncope, if the pain is severe and there is no obvious heat syndrome, Wu Mei Pill should be used to relieve the pain. If the pain is severe, Radix Curcumae, Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae can be added to promote blood circulation and regulate qi, so as to relieve the pain or cooperate with acupuncture to treat the pain. Constipation, should add yellow, betel nut, purging heat and dredging fu organs. For patients with severe vomiting, Pinellia ternata, dried tangerine peel and stomach are added to reduce adverse reactions. For patients with heat syndrome such as fever, obvious abdominal tenderness, rapid pulse, yellow fur, etc., the pungent heat of ginger, cinnamon and attached drugs should be removed, and the leaves of lotus seed should be reused, and honeysuckle, forsythia, mugwort leaf and gardenia should be added to clear away heat and toxic materials, soothe the liver and promote gallbladder function.
If abdominal pain is relieved or mild, ascaris should be expelled at the same time, and biliary tract soup can be used. Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix Aucklandiae and Cortex Magnolia Officinalis are used for regulating qi and relieving pain. The monarch, betel nut and bitter bark repel ascaris; Rhubarb and areca catechu have purgative effect.
