Chinese medicine graduates can only take the qualification examination of Chinese medicine doctors, and the valid proof of academic qualifications refers to the graduation certificate recognized by the state. Basic medicine, forensic medicine, nursing, medical technology, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine and other medical related majors, their academic qualifications are not used as academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

Those who have a bachelor's degree or above in traditional Chinese medicine in colleges and universities and have completed a one-year probation period in medical and health institutions after graduation may apply for taking the qualification examination of traditional Chinese medicine.
