How can I raise my spleen and stomach? To know whether the spleen and stomach are good or not, we often look at the following parts:

Lips: People with normal spleen and stomach have rosy lips and moderate dryness and wetness. Poor spleen and stomach, pale and dry lips, easy to crack.

Drooling during sleep is also a sign of no temper.

Nose: The meridians of the spleen and stomach are connected with the human nose. Dry nasal cavity, olfactory failure, runny nose and nosebleed are mostly caused by weakness of spleen and stomach.

Common health preserving methods for nourishing spleen and stomach

First, chew slowly and nourish the spleen and stomach. Saliva contains salivary amylase, which can convert starch in grains into maltose. After food is chewed slowly, it can expand the contact area with the intestinal wall, and digestion can also give full play to the role, so that the intestinal wall can widely absorb nutrients in food.

Chewing slowly can increase the secretion of gastric juice and other digestive glands in advance, prepare for the full absorption of food after entering the gastrointestinal tract, and reduce the burden on the stomach.

Experiments have proved that the absorption of protein and fat by chewers and non-chewers is different when eating the same food. The absorption rates of protein and fat for masticators were 85% and 83% respectively, while the absorption rates of protein and fat for non-masticators were only 72% and 7 1%. Wheat bran in whole wheat contains dietary fiber, which can prevent constipation if eaten regularly.

(3) corn. Sweet in taste and flat in nature, it has the functions of strengthening the spleen and promoting diuresis, stimulating appetite and improving intelligence, calming the heart and promoting blood circulation. Lutein contained in corn can prevent macular degeneration in the eyes of the elderly.

(4) barley. It is easy to digest, which is beneficial to reducing the burden on the stomach and strengthening the physique. Coix seed is sweet and light in taste, slightly cold in nature, and has the functions of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the lung, clearing away heat and promoting diuresis. Modern research has proved that coix seed has the functions of anti-tumor, enhancing immunity and lowering blood sugar.

(5) rice. Also known as japonica rice, it tastes sweet and flat, and has the effects of tonifying the middle warmer, strengthening the spleen and regulating the stomach, and removing polydipsia. Drinking rice porridge in the morning and evening can keep you away from the troubles of dry mouth.

(6) sorghum. Sorghum is sweet and warm, and has the function of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the stomach. Tannic acid in sorghum has astringent and antidiarrheal effects and is not suitable for constipation.

(7) soybeans. It is flat and sweet, and has the effect of invigorating spleen and benefiting qi. People with weak spleen and stomach should eat it often. Tofu can soothe the middle energizer, invigorate qi, clear away heat and promote blood circulation, and is especially suitable for people with phlegm-heat cough and asthma, exogenous cold and sore throat.

Third, a hundred steps to strengthen the spleen and stomach after a meal. Spleen governs limbs, and transporting limbs means transporting spleen.

"After a meal" here means 20-30 minutes after a meal, not walking slowly immediately after a meal. It should be noted that after a meal, it is not recommended to rush, walk slowly, and even shake your hands and feet in place to achieve the effect.
